ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAIN A FULL LAB REPORT TO SUPPORT THE VALIDITY OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN HEAT SEALED BAGS TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS AND CONTAIN ODORS WITH THE BAG. ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 8:00AM (EST) WILL USUALLY SHIP SAME DAY. ALL SHIPPING TIMES ARE BASED ON BUSINESS DAYS AND HEMP BUDDY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CARRIER ISSUES.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE FOR WELLNESS PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO CARINGCREATURES@PROTONMAIL.COM. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS UNLESS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO NEXT SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT.
